CONSULTATION

Before our session, I will have a consultation appointment with you either on the phone, by email or in person at the studio. During this appointment we will address any concerns you may have and answer any questions. We will go over your goals for the session, any posing, props and clothing options, pricing, products and terms. After the consultation, I will send an invoice for the 35% non-refundable retainer fee to hold your date in my schedule. Around 24-48 hours before our scheduled shoot, I send a reminder because, let's face it, life is hectic and we all forget sometimes. 

 

PORTRAIT SESSION

If our session will take place outside of the studio, I will show up at the location we agreed on about 30 minutes ahead of time to set up any equipment so we will be all set to start shooting when you arrive. You will find the session to be pretty laid back and easy- going. The session typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half.

 

AFTER THE SESSION

I will start working on your images. I start by picking the best of the best images from your session. I make sure the images represent you or your little one and family in the best way by ensuring everyone's eyes are open and everyone is smiling. I then professionally hand edit each photo. When all edits are complete I put the images in a proofing gallery to show you at the viewing appointment.

 

VIEWING APPOINTMENT

About 2-3 weeks from your portrait session I will send you an email to schedule your private viewing and ordering appointment. You can invite as many people as you would like to view your images. During this appointment, you decide the images that you like and the products you would like to order.
